Today we revisit an autumn photo-poet essay I published 2 years ago, almost exactly to the day. I hope the poem and pics put you in a warm autumn mood as fast as a pumpkin-spiced latte.

Under The Maple Tree

Under the Maple Tree
Her Soul Finds Autumn
Loveliness In Old
Delight In Decay
 Leaves As Wings Take Flight
Trod Lightly on Fallen Wings

To Let Beauty Pass By

What Hath Kissed the Sun Falls To Earth

 Contentment Lies Beneath

Rest Upon Her Bed Of Gold
  As She Closes Her Wings
Dancing In The Bronzed Light
