Easter weekend I found myself swimming in scorching hot mineral waters with extended family at Ainsworth Hot Springs, British Columbia.
The natural hot springs are nestled majestically in the Selkirk Mountain range on the banks of Kootenay Lake.

The natural springs include eery caves and an icy cold pool to shock the system into health.

We had so much fun taking underwater selfies and ridiculously idiotic videos that I should apologize in advance…sorry, I can’t…we had way too much fun being crass lunatics.
