If You Recognize This Kid, Tell Her Congratulations…She Might Save You One Day

My eldest daughter Mistaya is now a certified life guard. She completed her NLS last night. We had a Mattel GameOn! Party (stay tuned for this coming-in-near-future post) at our house just as she arrived home soaking wet and proud–it was a great way for her to celebrate her accomplishment!

Mist took to the water like a fish at a very young age. Her nurturing ways were always evident around water–she’s always kept an eye on her younger sisters—Cocoa Beach has a healthy shark population.

Mist, just weeks ago, at Laguna Beach…and what is she holding? Could it be a sand ball? Life guard Mist wouldn’t get up to shenanigans near the water…would she?
