All in the Name of Love!

HOT yoga. I don’t know about the heat. It climbs to much higher than the initial 105 o F. I hardly sweat. Everyone is soaking wet all over and I am barely damp under my arms. So, it is easy for my body to overheat. I blaim it my viking ancestors–living on ice for too many generations altered our sweat glands. I like it, but today when I bend over, my temples throb. I worry overheating like that isn’t good for my blood vessles in my head??? Bikram’s yoga was designed by a man of East Indian decent. He sweats beautifully. I believe no one has taken into account those pathetic souls (me) that don’t really sweat worth S! It is a genetic thing. I believe people who are really fair skinned (freckle central–burn too easy) just don’t sweat much. I know my dad is like me in this regard. Anyway the pics are of me and Miranda after class. And it was about -20 o C outside, yet we were far too hot to get dressed. We met the “boys”–Peter and John at a movie. I had popcorn for supper. Needless to say, all that salt and hot yoga left me a little dehydrated.
Miranda and John are staying the night at the Grand–so we will swim there tonight.
I have had such a busy week. I just want a Triple “O” strawberry milk shake for supper in bed, watching a good movie. Strawberry mikshakes are comfort to me.
Tabs was mayor at City Hall today for a brief debate on wetlands. The little gal was adorable and a little shy. A boy in her class has been giving her head “nooggies” all week. So, I put my arm around his shoulders and gently said, “Are you the fellow that has been giving my daughter, Tabitha, head nooggies?” He was taken a back and managed a weak, guilty “yes.” I said,
“She doesn’t like it. Could you stop doing it?” Again, a weak little “yes.” So after they returned to school, during choir, he sent a note to Tabby, it said “I love you with all my heart!” –LOL! I guess those nooggies were all in the name of love!
