The clip below is a Zumba dance choreographed by me to LMFAO’s Sexy and I know It.
Just to be clear, the dances I post are not  interpretive dances. I choreograph the dance specifically for a Zumba class. They are fitness dances designed to be taught to dancers that are not professionals–people who love to dance. They are for a Zumba Fitness dance class. If I were to do an interpretive dance to the song it would be completely different choreography. My lovely daughter Tabs, niece Anemone and friend Mik join me. They had never danced to the song before this taping. I thank them for being such brave and graceful first-time dancers to this song. We were in a big rush and only had time to dance through the song one time. So this is it! We girls just want to have fun.
