Dear Girls,
Life is boring when we can’t find you.
We searched the backyard, the front yard, upstairs, downstairs, and
both bathtubs. Also, (unbeknownst to Mother) we slipped, unnoticed into
the garage, and checked out the car. One of us got his head stuck
momentarily in the power window (but we’ll discuss that unfortunate
incident on your return).
In conclusion, we’ve decided that you must have gone on another one of
your trips and accidentally forgot to bring us. Come home soon and we
may concede to overlook your memory lapses.
