The official launch of my debut YA novel is coming up soon! I am busy finalizing all the little details of the launch party and the tour. I’ll be visiting a few book stores, libraries and schools in BC. I’m actually very excited about the readings and school visits. I have a great idea for an activity I can do with high school students that will turn them all into instant story tellers!
I was super nervous for my very first reading this summer at the UBC Woodhaven Woodshed series in August (the back story of that first reading could be a short story in itself); but now that I’ve done one reading, I’m more excited than nervous for the next one.
I hope all my readers can make it to the launch but if you can’t, just buy the book—the more sales, the bigger my book tour will be and I’ll try to make it to your city in the spring
